The company is working to provide money transfer services in China. Individuals and businesses can transfer money from their bank accounts to other individuals or business bank accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The transfers are initiated over the internet or by telephone, and the money is available in the receiving account after only a few minutes.

This is a revolutionary money transfer service that is different from other money transfer services which require the customer to remove money from the banking system. RedMint customers are able to transfer money from bank account to bank account and know that their money is safe and secure within the banking system.

One of the hooks for this service will be a Dunn & Bradstreet type rating system for Chinese customers to authenticate and validate their American counterparts. Currently, no such system exists, and the Chinese Department of Commerce reports that $3.4B USD went uncollected by Chinese companies from their US counterparts last year.

Red Mint will package existing data on US businesses and provide it, for a fee, to Chinese parties, with the information culled in such a way as is easily understandable by the Chinese businessperson.

Additionaly, RedMint will guarantee payment by US parties to Chinese manufacturers, and vice versa, when the RedMint money transfer service is used after the inquiry is queried.

There are several other potential ancillary revenue streams that RedMint can cultivate. First, relationships to Asian-Pacific shippers will be pursued, and RedMint customers will receive a discount when shipping goods. Insurance can also be provided via relationships with shipper's insurance carriers.

Predominantly though, stored value cards will be offered to offload money in the Chinese (and Taiwanese) territories for added privacy and security.
