Job Summary: 

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong can-do attitude to join us. To succeed in the role, the candidate must be organized, tasks and deadline driven, detailed, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a strong start up entrepreneur spirits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow B2B relationships and B2C customers
  • Drive revenue though e-commerce platforms
  • Grow accounts and upsell
  • Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships; negotiate sales contracts
  • Drive revenues and profits of skincare and wellness products sales.
  • Develop sales channels
  • Responsibilities can be changed from time to time as the business develops and changes

Requirements:

  • Experiences in sales of beauty and wellness industry
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Adaptable with creative ways to approach accounts and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can-do attitude with entrepreneur spirits,
  • Ability to work independently, applying solid judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and team player who collaborates well with others
  • Diplomatic and outstanding professionalism, able to represent the Redmint in the Community
  • Resourceful, accountable, and dependable
  • Ideal candidate has experiences to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up work environment
  • Comfortable with off-hours contact and can be available as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
