A credit card is required to hold the appointment and will not be charged until completion of the services. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of the full-service amount. 

If you enjoy your treatment, 20% service gratuity is recommended and will be automatically added upon check out unless otherwise specified.
