A credit card is required to hold the appointment and only charged upon service delivery. 

For late cancellations/reschedules with less than 24-hours notice, 50% of the reserved service value will be charged. No show, late cancellation and reschedule within 4 hours, 100% of the reserved service value will be charged 

Late arrivals - we understand that things happen outside of your control that may delay your arrival. We will do everything possible to accommodate your time. However please be advised that you will most likely receive the remaining service time as other services are pre-booked after your appointment. 

20% service gratuity will be automatically added upon check out for your convenience.
