A credit card is required to hold the appointment and will not be charged until completion of the service. 

For late cancellations, late reschedules and no-shows with less than 24-hours notice, 50% of the reserved appointment value will be charged. 

Late arrivals - we understand that things happen outside of your control that may delay your arrival. We will do everything possible to accommodate your time. However please be advised that you will most likely receive the remaining service time as other services are pre-booked after your appointment. 

20% service gratuity will be automatically added upon check out for your convenience.
