A credit card is required to hold the appointment and only charged upon service delivery. 

To ensure the best quality of care and service for all clients, late cancellations and reschedules made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the reserved service value.

Late arrival - we understand that delays can happen and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened service, with the full-service fee still applying, in order to honor appointments already scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
