Do you accept insurance?
Yes. However, Redmint is an out of network provider with all insurance plans.
As an out-of-network provider, full payments are collected upon the completion of the service. Then we can either bill your insurance on your behalf, or provide you with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance provider.
Product Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of purchase for products that are unused, undamaged, and unopened in the original packaging. Custom herbal products are not eligible for returns.
Simply bring your item and your receipt to our urban sanctuaries and one of our concierges will assist.
How to prepare for and get the most out of your acupuncture appointment
1. Do not arrive on an empty stomach.
2. Avoid caffeine and alcohol drinks if possible.
3. If possible, do not brush your tongue before your appointment.
1. Try not to do a big workout after your session.
2. Drink plenty of room temperature or hot water.
Make sure to complete your treatment intake forms such as acupuncture, bodywork, facial and covid forms that are in the links in your booking confirmation email prior to your visit. If you have not received these forms, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete them.
Parking - 1958 Union Street
There is a parking garage next door to our 1958 Union Street sanctuary at the corner of union and laguna at 1901 Union street. There is also ample street parking around but please note that urban city parking is in high demand.
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will also be asked to complete a health history form so we can better customize your experience to your needs.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel any appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for the reserved services.
Redmint accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Redmint gift cards.
Service Upcharge / Gratuity
If you have an enjoyable experience with your practitioners, a service upcharge/ gratuity is accepted or added automatically in some cases.
For Members and all 75/80/100 mins services, 20% of the service upcharge/gratuity is added by default to cover practitioners' benefits and rising operational costs.
Membership - Services
Your service membership will auto renew after the initial 6 months. You may cancel your service membership anytime after 6 months by email or call us.
You may cancel your product subscription anytime by logging into your account under "shop log in". There is no requirement on subscription length.
How many acupuncture treatments will I need before I feel results?
The number of treatments will vary from person to person. Some people feel immediate relief with just one treatment. Chronic conditions usually require a longer course of treatment than acute ones. Typically, 8 treatments are recommended, after which we’ll reassess your condition.
We encourage you to sign up for membership so you can make acupuncture and other TCM rituals a regular self-care practice. Your health and wellbeing are foundational to everything you want to do in life, and TCM can help ensure you’re always feeling your best.
