Do you accept insurance?
Redmint is currently in-network with Cigna PPO and Cigna HMO plans and a few others below. Redmint is also an out of network provider for Blue Shield of CA, Aetna and United Healthcare.
Please 1) Email us at email@example.com for a front and back photo copy of your insurance card, 2) Or call us at 415-932-6987 to provide your insurance plan information. 3) Fill out your acupuncture intake form with the insurance plan information before your first appointment. Option 1 or 3 are the most efficient steps.
If your insurance is not on our qualified list, we’ll gladly provide you with a Super Bill that you can provide to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Other in-network insurance plans we accept are: CorVel (PPO), Coverntry Healthcare (PPO), Healthsmart (PPO), Multiplan (PPO), Prime Health (PPO)
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for products that are unused, undamaged, and unopened in the original packaging for store credits. Simply bring your item and your receipt to our urban sanctuary and one of our concierges will assist.
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to enjoy our space and ensure your treatment starts on time. A late arrival will impact your treatment length.
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. You will also be asked to complete a health history form so we can better customize your experience to your needs.
Redmint guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive services unless accompanied by an adult who is present in the room during a service.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel any appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for the reserved services.
Redmint accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Redmint gift cards.
If you have an enjoyable experience with your service provider, gratuities are appreciated and accepted.
Membership - Services
Your service membership will auto renew after the initial 6 months. You may cancel your service membership anytime after 6 months by email or call us.
You may cancel your product subscription anytime by logging into your account under "shop log in". There is no requirement on subscription length.
How many treatments will I need before I feel results?
The number of treatments will vary from person to person. Some people feel immediate relief with just one treatment. Chronic conditions usually require a longer course of treatment than acute ones. Typically, 8 treatments are recommended, after which we’ll reassess your condition.
We encourage you to sign up for membership so you can make acupuncture and other TCM rituals a regular self-care practice. Your health and wellbeing are foundational to everything you want to do in life, and TCM can help ensure you’re always feeling your best.
