Job Summary:

This position plays a vital role to drive retail/membership revenues and customer services to contribute to the growth of the business. Responsible for delivering exception customer services to enhance overall wellness experiences; and develop/implement sales initiatives to drive overall success of the retail operation.

Manager all aspects of the concierge front desk department and retail operation. Manage product launch events and educational events for our internal/external community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day operation of two store locations. 
  • Manage front of the house concierge department. 
  • Develop/execute retail sales and membership initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, best practices, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth; and to remain as the top player in the market.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, anticipate seasonal demands and trends.
  • Provide ongoing training to internal staff and external sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service skills.
  • Recruit, train and supervise concierge front desk staffs; set performance goals and provide ongoing feedback, coaching and evaluations.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by leading the team to promptly respond to client inquiries, requests and concerns.
  • Implement strategies and identify opportunity to drive up membership sales.
  • Handle escalated issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Redmint brand, services, and products to assist guests and staffs effectively.
  • Assist in overall sanctuary operations, develop and implement standard operation procedures to deliver consistent and high-quality services.
  • Manage daily schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels
  • Serve as the liaison and lead events in key retail partners.
  • Actively promote Redmint, treatments, memberships, services and retail, as well as programs and promotions

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in retail, customer service or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing sales or concierge team.
  • Passionate about holistic wellness and self-care routines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, Ability to close sales and develop/execute strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and solving problems creatively.
  • A team player with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • College degree required.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, night shifts and holidays, supporting the needs of the Redmint.
