Job Summary:  

The foot reflexology therapist administers professional foot reflexology massage therapy. Must possess a thorough knowledge of reflexology techniques and the ability to provide exceptional care to our clients, helping them achieve relaxation and improved well-being through targeted foot massages.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional foot reflexology sessions, applying appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet.
  • Ability to incorporate healing tools such as gua sha, crystals or acupressure tools in the sessions to enhance effectiveness.
  • Ability to consult with clients to understand their objectives and health history in order to offer personalized treatment for reflexology sessions.
  • Ability to educate and inform clients about the benefits of reflexology and how it works.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in reflexology and holistic wellness.
  • Be on time for your shift, possess excellent time management skills that can perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
  • Ability to monitor clients’ reaction to the foot massage and adjust techniques as necessary.
  • Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure that all equipment is property sanitized. Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required.

  • Possess a mindset of excellent customer services and outstanding experiences as a top priority,
  • Able to perform therapeutic foot reflexology massages.
  • A team player with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
  • Adhere to professional ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of clients and company.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience.
  • Have weekend and/or night shift availability, Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the Redmint.
